In our final week, we'll cover:

How can you be analyzing results and reporting back all without leaving the platform?
  • Sitewide and Project Statistics
  • Individual Tool Results
    • Automatic analysis
    • Tagging
  • Exporting
  • Closing the Loop: content tools for sharing results
    • Customer examples
  • Certification Program Reflection

Options for exporting (for Form tool):

  • Summary tab:
    • Summary report PDF: see example export here
    • This report shows graphs of results, as well as word clouds from tagging and Featured Contributions for text-based questions.
    • **Next product update will:
      • Allow you to choose which questions are included in this exported report
      • Change the graphics based on any filtering you apply so you can not only see any variations in results based on different groupings, but get those varied graphs without having to export and make them yourself.

  • Data Tab:
    • Spreadsheet of raw data with individual responses across all questions: see example here
    • Filtering lets you filter responses before exporting so you don't have to do that in a spreadsheet.

  • Analysis Tab
    • This is the tab to review and analyze responses to text-based questions.
    • You can either look at all responses across all text-based questions in aggregate, or look at each question individually and export each as its own spreadsheet.
    • Exporting spreadsheet of individual responses to text-based questions: see example here.
